For small businesses looking to provide their employees with more choice in selecting their health plan, our Dual Choice Suites are the answer. Dual Choice Suites are pre-set packages of two of our Consumer Choice Plans, and include our StartWell^® Benefit -- a first dollar benefit for many routine and preventive services -- and our most popular prescription drug plan. These suites are available to groups with 2 or more employees.

Each Suite offers two different plan options, with different price levels, giving employers the flexibility to select the Suite that best fits their needs and their budget. With the Dual Choice Suites, the employer defines the level of premium contribution and the employees select the plan that will work best for them.
