The StartWell^® Benefit
One of our most popular features, the StartWell^® Benefit, provides first dollar coverage for many routine and preventive care services. Unlike health reimbursement and health savings accounts, the StartWell^® Benefit requires very little funding, as this benefit becomes part of your company's premium. Any unused funds roll over to the next plan year upon a group's renewal.

Dual Choice Suites
Dual Choice Suites are pre-set packages of two of our standard plans, and include our StartWell^® Benefit and our most popular prescription drug plan. These Suites are available to groups with 2 or more employees.

Consumer SMARTFUNDS^SM
An exciting option that offers significantly lower premiums (by as much as 10%) below our standard plans - without increasing deductibles or coinsurance! This rider provides allowances - specific maximum dollar limits - for treatment of more than 100 common medical conditions and procedures. Members manage their SMARTFUND allowance using the tools and support services made available to them.

SMARTFUNDS^SM First Dollar
An optional Rider that provides first dollar coverage, up to an allowance, for 12 common conditions. Examples include pregnancy and knee surgery. This means there is no up front deductibles or coinsurance requirements. If a member exceeds the allowance, services become subject to the regular plan deductible and coinsurance.

Prescription Drug Benefits
We offer several plans with varying co-payment, deductible and coinsurance options to fit within almost any budget. Members will have access to over 59,000 participating retail pharmacies across the country. Additionally, they may choose to use the mail service pharmacies for home delivery of maintenance medicines.
